Astrata's dedicated Consultancy & Services Division comprises a team of experienced individuals providing technical consultancy to large organisations operating around the globe.

With considerable experience of large scale telematics systems supplied to large multi nationals, Astrata's team is an acknowledged leader in the provision of location-based

Astrata's unique products and services enable the team to provide expert advice on the design and deployment of location based solutions across the globe. Expert advice and consultancy can be given with regard to system design, system performance and operational scenarios.

Large, international organizations operating in a variety of industries such as Shell, TNT, Tata and Cotecna through to Governments and Emergency Forces in Asia and the Middle East have chosen and currently use Astrata's telematics solutions and services.

When working with larger organizations, Astrata recognizes the need to handle them in a different way. As such, a dedicated Client Manger is appointed depending on their industry and geographical location. Then, a comprehensive review of the customer's existing system (not necessarily Astrata's) is conducted free if charge, which includes a detailed analysis of the client's business processes. From this review, a preliminary report is produced, which includes areas such as: getting more out of an existing telematics system, feedback on where a system could be improved to increase productivity and the provision of an assessment on systems that could assist the client further.
